Fairfield at St. James is a 55+ community located near the Smith Haven Mall in Saint James New York. Construction began in the 70’s and continued through the 80’s. There are over 600 units in the community. There are 3 pools, tennis courts, a walking path and many community activities. There are many different styles of homes with 1 to 3 bedrooms, some models have garages.
